Integrated With Your Online Store
iPos can be integrated with your online store. We currently offer integration with Magento, Shopify, Smartweb, Salecto, Dandomain, WooCommerce and Prestashop. If you use a different online store system, we’d love to help you if the API offered makes it possible. Our solution syncs iPos and the online store every minute in respect of both inventory figures and item creations. As a result, you only need to create items in one system, and the stocks in your physical and online stores are always kept in sync.
Works With Your Financial System
iPos can be integrated with your financial system, instantly saving you time and money when it comes to accounting. The cash statement is created in a click, and if you have chosen iPos with integrated financial system, the cash statement will be automatically entered in the books or sent by email to your accountant. iPos offers integration with iConomy, e-conomic, Dinero and SPY. The system can be configured to run with other financial systems on request.
Back Office
The system has a back-office function that runs best on a Mac or Windows computer. Massive data entry such as creating items for an entire collection of clothes is much easier with a real keyboard and a screen. In the back-office part, you can create sales reports, add items, receive items, print labels, perform accounting tasks and administer your online store, etc. All these functions can be performed in iPos and back office.
Know Your Customers
iPos comes with an integrated customer club and loyalty programme to maximise your sales and increase the number of active customers. You can both email and text your customers via iPos.
Reports
Multiple reports and statistics are available in iPos by products, product groups, brands, suppliers, employees, location and much more.
Gift Voucher
iPos can issue gift vouchers and credit notes, all of which is managed by barcodes. Plastic cards and membership cards are also an option. Balance management combined with a complete overview give you full control.
Support
iPos is known for its amazing email and telephone support. Free support by telephone and email is provided throughout your subscription period. Support is handled by our developers, which means we can effectively handle challenges big and small.
Inventory Management
Inventory management is fully controlled in iPos. When a sale or return occurs, the inventory is updated in both iPos and your integrated online store. Multiple locations and a dedicated online store inventory are optional. If you have multiple locations, the inventory status for the specific location will show on the item card.
Hardware & Equipment
iPos runs on Mac, Windows and iPad/iPhone. We can either install our software on your existing equipment, or you can purchase new equipment from us.
